Daniel Awrey, who experienced the baptism in the Holy Spirit 15 years before the Azusa Street revival, preached about the gifts of the Spirit throughout the U.S. and world. Though he died a year before the Assemblies of God was formed, he was an early leader in the Pentecostal movement who influenced countless lives for Christ.
