AG Chaplain Honored by White House as a “Champion of Change”

On Tuesday, March 19, 2013, Assemblies of God chaplain, Priscilla Mondt, was honored as a Women Veterans Champion of Change by the White House. She was one of only 14 women veterans to receive this honor. They were chosen because they have shown exemplary leadership at the local, state or regional level. Watch a video of the First Lady's address to this group.

Also, Chaplain Mondt's incredible "Never Leave A Place The Way You Found It" blog post is a must read on the White House website. They also feature a brief bio of her.

Of course, an honor such as this has garnered a lot of attention. As she lives and works in Arkansas, there was an article in the NWAonline that provided a lot of great information. Of course, the VA website also has a story about it on their website called "VA and White House Honor Women Veterans Who Make a Difference."

We will add links to other articles to this story as we find out about them.
